Your butt muscles are also known as the gluteus maximus, gluteus minimus and gluteus medius, which are often the strongest muscles in your body. Unfortunately, these deep muscles are sometimes hidden under layers of fat. If you want your butt to look rounder you can sculpt your muscles with exercise, trim down and tone with cardio, reduce fat and build muscle with a healthy diet, and choose the best clothes to showcase your shape. With a little dedication and few smart choices, your butt can look great.

If you think your butt is too small, there are some things you can do to make it bigger. You may not see a significant change in a week, but if you continue to do your best, you can achieve the desired results.

A shapely, rounded, perky bum not only gives you confidence in your yoga pants and swimsuit, but, toning your butt with gluteal exercises will also make you stronger for your active lifestyle whether you run, go cycling, climb, swim, dance, or play sports. This challenge takes a few minutes to do in a day, requires no equipment, and is simple enough even for beginners in bodyweight exercise.

This challenge consists of three basic exercises that target your glutes and thighs. Throughout the challenge, you will increase the number of reps of each exercise and you will eventually get three sets of 15 reps for each exercise. Below you will find an explanation of how to perform each of the three exercises, followed by the plan itself. If the challenge seems too easy, increase the number of reps or repeat the circuit for another round. Try this workout for four weeks to knock off inches from your butt.
