90 days after I started working out and eating healthy with my new all-in-one program RADIATE, I’m finally ready to share my journey with you!

I am into fitness and nutrition for almost  10 years now.

However, it was a bumpy ride indeed.

The truth is, for most of those years I was struggling to lose weight and get fit, before I finally learned how to do it right.

For the past 3 months I’ve been doing RADIATE which is a video based workout program I worked on, packed with a diet plan with recipes included.

It’s basically everything you need to lose weight and get fit for life.

Now, if I’m being completely honest with you, before I started RADIATE I’ve gained some weight.

This was due to some stressful events that have happened in my life and I haven’t been as consistent with both my workouts and my diet. 

I’ve honestly never felt as out of track and as out of shape.

But I managed to overcome it, and I can’t wait to share my journey with you!

Today, after 90 days of exercising and keeping my meals healthy I managed to get my body back to my comfort weight, burn that fat that was bothering me so much and get my muscles back.

And everything started with RADIATE.

My 90 Day RADIATE PROGRAM Update

First of all, I can’t believe how freaking fast these 90 days flew!

It’s really fascinating how when you’re so focused, you want something so bad, and you’re enjoying the process getting there, it doesn’t really feel like work or like a chore at all.

And that was the mood throughout this whole 90 day journey, I really haven’t felt deprived of happiness or restricted of food as I usually do.

Instead I was constantly feeling motivated to do better on my workouts, to push myself harder every day, and to keep it as healthy as I could afterwards.

And with every day that passed, I felt more and more like myself.

My body transformed and evolved and I’ve been loving every single step of the way.

Let’s jump right into it!

#1: Food And Nutrition

Every body transformation starts with nutrition.

And that’s the tricky part.

The food part has always been the hardest for me, because of one simple reason:

I like to eat a lot.

I am a foodie, always have been, and if I wasn’t doing this for a living, I would most definitely not be where I am right now.
I outeat all of my friends (and my boyfriend) and I’m always the last one still picking at leftovers at the table.

It’s sometimes super hard to control myself when I eat, and have no limits – even though I had too much to eat, if something was super delicious I’d have one more piece in my plate.

And I am a huge advocate of “you don’t have to eat less – you just have to eat right” mindset, and I knew I would find a diet plan that keeps me happy and full.

That’s exactly what I had in mind when designing the RADIATE Meal Plan.

90 days in, and for the first time in my life, I am satisfied with what (and how much) I eat.

I literally transformed my body by eating delicious meals, not really worrying about the portions, snacking all the time on foods that taste so good, yet they are 100% healthy, balanced and clean.

Lunch: Creamy Potato Salad

The recipes are easy to do, they don’t take much time and are usually 10-20 minute meals you can do even if you haven’t cooked a single thing all your life.

There are pancakes, there are pizzas, tortillas, burgers, pasta, puddings, creamy dressings…

It don’t even feels like you’re on a diet if I’m completely honest.

No restrictions, no portion sizes, no calorie counting..
Only healthy delicious meals, that taste freaking amazing!

Breakfast: Fresh Avo Toasts

I know that for 70% of my body transformation results I have nutrition to thank to.

That being said, this meal plan made it super easy to stay on track with all it’s diversity and delicious – almost non-healthy looking meals 🙂

#2: Workout And Consistency

Now for the fun part – the workouts.

If I’m being completely honest, the workout part of the process has never been hard for me.

I just love to workout in general (I’m a fitness trainer at the end of the day, and I love doing this for a living).

However, I am a home worker for years now, and there is not a force in this world that would get me back to going to the gym again in my life.

That being said, I couldn’t find a sustainable workout program that was made to:

  • burn fat,
  • build some serious muscles,
  • don’t take hours of your day,
  • and one that it’s fun doing.

I myself easily lose interest when it comes to workout and I pretty easily get bored with any home program.

That’s why I created one 🙂

This workout program is anything but boring.

The RADIATE workout program is designed to be so much fun, with so many different intervals and exercises.

There are 4 weeks of workout videos, you can follow along.

Each day is completely unique with completely new intervals and brand new exercises.

The workouts are only 30 minutes a day, however, in those 30 minutes you are literally getting lit up!

And this is where the real body transformation started to get in place.

My muscles started showing up.

I started losing fat all over my body, and my muscles started getting bigger and stronger each day.

Botty, legs, shoulders, arms, back… I started feeling soreness in places I’ve never even knew they existed.

And those abs – OMG! Stronger every day!

The best thing about this program is that even though it’s a high intensity interval workout, there are a lot of body building moves involved.

This allows you to burn fat and build muscles at the same time.

If I was spending hours at the gym before, doing strength training and working on a cardio machine afterwards, this time I was doing all of those things at once, and spending only 30 minutes of my day.

I fell in love with this program instantly, and I’m not the only one – everyone loves the workouts.

Girls all over the world are super happy with the workouts – I get positive feedback on a daily basis.

#3: Motivation

And lastly, motivation is where I always go wrong.

Life always gets in the way, and at the end of the day I’m not motivated enough to stay on track.

It’s usually this scenario with me:

I am late for work. 
I still haven’t walked my dog, not to mention breakfast – what was that??

I get back home too tired to cook, or workout and I promise to myself I’ll do it latter – never actually do it.
I fall asleep on the couch watching Eamon and Bec over and over again as they go for their morning run and wish I have a well organized life like that.

Well, not this time.

These 90 days have thought me that no matter how tired I am, or how sleepy I am, to always get up 15 minutes earlier and eat my breakfast.

They also thought me to never compromise and choose working out over scrolling on social media.

It’s only 30 minutes, and I’ll always do it, no matter what.

It’s all about priorities and self care, and I decided to stick to it.

Plus, being a part of the RADIATE BABES Facebook Group Board was giving me that feeling of being a part of a community.

And this small community was all about support, self care, self love and rooting each other up.

My motivation is through the roof and I can’t wait to share it with more and more of you out there!
